Driveway/Sidewalk Pressure Washing

Before any driveway pressure washing, I pre-treat the concrete with a 1:2 bleach-to-water solution to help lift embedded dirt to the surface. To protect surrounding vegetation, I thoroughly rinse all nearby plants with water prior to applying the solution, ensuring no harm is done. I then use a surface cleaner to efficiently and evenly clean the driveway. After rinsing away all debris, I apply a final light coat of bleach to prevent streaking and ensure a uniform finish.

Patio/Side Area Pressure Washing

Patio and side-area pressure washing follows a similar process to driveway cleaning, utilizing the same steps and cleaning solution to ensure each surface is thoroughly and effectively cleaned.

Fence Pressure Washing

Fence pressure washing helps restore aged wood to its original appearance. We begin by thoroughly rinsing all surrounding grass and vegetation to protect it from chemical exposure. The fence is then carefully pressure washed to reveal the natural golden-brown tone of the wood. This method is also effective for cleaning vinyl and chain-link fences.

Fence Bleaching

Fence bleaching is a faster and more cost-effective alternative to pressure washing. Like pressure washing, it begins with a thorough rinse of nearby vegetation to ensure safety. A bleach and water solution is then applied to clean the wood. Unlike pressure washing, bleaching gives wood fences a clean, whitewashed appearance. This method is recommended exclusively for wood fences.

Trash Can Cleanings

Trash can cleaning is an often-overlooked service that makes a significant difference. What may start as a dirty, unpleasant container is transformed into a fresh, sanitized can. The process begins by removing any leftover trash and debris. Next, a bleach and water solution is applied to disinfect and loosen built-up grime. After a thorough pressure wash, the can is scrubbed with soap to eliminate odors and leave it smelling fresh. A final rinse completes the process, and I recommend allowing the trash can to air dry for 2–3 hours before placing any new waste inside.

Monthly plan: $15 per can, $5 per recycling bin.

3 Month plan: $18 per can, $7 per recycling bin.

6 Month plan: $20 per can, $8 per recycling bin.
